Updating Parent/Guardian Contact Information
If you need to update the email address associated with your PowerSchool account, please note:

Changing your email will also change the username you use to log in to your MyCherryCreek parent account.

The new email address cannot already be in use by another contact and cannot be a CCSD staff email.

Once submitted, the change will take effect within 24 hours, and you’ll receive an email confirming the update.
